目的:研究芪术鼻喷雾剂的制备工艺。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别的方法考察白术等芳香水的提取工艺,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量、总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用正交实验法对水提取工艺进行优选。结果:确定的白术等的芳香水提取工艺为:白术等加10倍水蒸馏提取5小时,收集1.4倍处方量的芳香水。优选的水提工艺为:白术等的药渣与其余药味饮片加14倍剂量水,提取3次,每次提取0.5小时。结论:该制剂的提取工艺稳定,可行,适用于工业大生产。

목적:연구기술비분무제적제비공예。방법:채용박층색보감별적방법고찰백술등방향수적제취공예,이모예이황동포도당감함량、총황동함량위평개지표,채용정교실험법대수제취공예진행우선。결과:학정적백술등적방향수제취공예위:백술등가10배수증류제취5소시,수집1.4배처방량적방향수。우선적수제공예위:백술등적약사여기여약미음편가14배제량수,제취3차,매차제취0.5소시。결론:해제제적제취공예은정,가행,괄용우공업대생산。
To study the preparation technology ofQiZhunasal spray. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted to investigate the extraction technology of aromatic water ofBaiZhu(Rhizoma AtractylodisMacrocephalae). Taking calycosin-7-glucoside content and total flavonoids content as the evaluation in-dex, the optimization of water extraction technology was carried out by orthogonal test. Results: Extraction technolo-gy of aromatic water ofBaiZhuwas determined as follows: distillation ofBaiZhuwith 10-fold volume of water for five hours; aromatic water which was as much as 1.4 times of prescription volume. The optimization of water extrac-tion technology was extracting residues ofBaiZhuand the rest of decoction pieces with 14-fold volume of water for three times with 0.5 hour once. Conclusion: This extraction technology which is stable and feasible can be used in industrial production widely.
