目的：分析药学服务的转变措施，为医院更好地开展药学服务提供对策。方法：对比近2年药学服务的转变措施，并进行转变前后临床用药效果分析。结果：药学人员转变服务理念利用其专业技术优势开展药学服务，提高了合理用药水平，降低了药品不良反应的发生率。结论：转变服务理念开展药学服务有利于医院药学服务水平的进一步提高，逐步达到“以病人为中心”的安全用药目的。
목적：분석약학복무적전변조시，위의원경호지개전약학복무제공대책。방법：대비근2년약학복무적전변조시，병진행전변전후림상용약효과분석。결과：약학인원전변복무이념이용기전업기술우세개전약학복무，제고료합리용약수평，강저료약품불량반응적발생솔。결론：전변복무이념개전약학복무유리우의원약학복무수평적진일보제고，축보체도“이병인위중심”적안전용약목적。
To analyze the reform measures of pharmaceutical service and provide better strategies for implementing it. Methods: With the comparison of measures for pharmaceutical service reform in recent two years, clinical efficacy of medication before and after reform had been analyzed. Results: It was significantly effi-cient for pharmaceutical staffs to transform service concepts and utilize professional skills, which could not only im-prove the rational use of drugs, but also decrease incidence of side effects. Conclusion: Transformation of service concepts is beneficial to further enhancing the pharmaceutical service, so as to achieve safe medication that is "pa-tient-centered".
