肝主疏泄功能与情志活动密切相关，调畅情志是肝主疏泄的一个重要功能。情志以血（精）为本，以气为用，情志异常对机体的影响，主要表现为干扰正常的气血运行。中医所述情志异常属于病理性心理应激反应的范畴，肝主疏泄可调节心理应激反应，因此心理应激反应也成为研究肝主疏泄、调畅情志功能的中枢神经生物学机制的一个很好的切入点。现结合肝主疏泄调畅情志的中医理论和现代医学神经-内分泌-免疫调节和心理应激理论，对肝主疏泄调畅情志的发病机制进行探讨。

Regulating emotion is one of the most vital function of liver in governing conveyance and disper-sion which suggests that they have the vitally closed relation. Emotions, originate from blood, function well with qi movement. And abnormal emotions mainly affect qi movement and blood circulation. Emotional disturbance in TCM theory serves as part of pathological mental stress theory, which indicates the relation between liver governing conveyance and dispersion and psychological stress regulation. By applying psychological stress to the study on the central neurobiological mechanism of liver governing conveyance and dispersion, the paper aims at exploring the mechanisms of based theory of traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine nerve - endocrine - immune regu-lation and psychological stress theory.
