目的:探讨 mTOR/ P70S6K 信号通路在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平及其相关临床诊断、治疗意义。方法收集2012年1月—2014年1月手术切除或进行活检的正常宫颈组织65例,宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织各85例,提取组织中的 mRNA,应用 RT-PCR 的方法来检测3种组织中 mTOR 和 P70S6K mRNA 的表达水平,并进行分析。结果宫颈癌组织中 mTOR、P70S6K mRNA 的表达明显高于癌旁组织及正常组织(P <0.05),mTOR、P70S6K mRNA 水平在宫颈癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中均呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论 mTOR 信号通路在宫颈癌组织中处于活化状态,其在宫颈癌的发生发展以及向其他部位转移中具有重要作用,是一个诊断和治疗的分子靶点。

목적:탐토 mTOR/ P70S6K 신호통로재궁경암조직중적표체수평급기상관림상진단、치료의의。방법수집2012년1월—2014년1월수술절제혹진행활검적정상궁경조직65례,궁경암조직、암방조직각85례,제취조직중적 mRNA,응용 RT-PCR 적방법래검측3충조직중 mTOR 화 P70S6K mRNA 적표체수평,병진행분석。결과궁경암조직중 mTOR、P70S6K mRNA 적표체명현고우암방조직급정상조직(P <0.05),mTOR、P70S6K mRNA 수평재궁경암조직、암방조직급정상조직중균정정상관(P <0.05)。결론 mTOR 신호통로재궁경암조직중처우활화상태,기재궁경암적발생발전이급향기타부위전이중구유중요작용,시일개진단화치료적분자파점。
Objective To analyze the expression of mTOR/ P70S6K signaling pathway in human tissues of cervi-cal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 65 normal cases of cervical tissues (group A), 85 cases of cervical cancer tissues (group B) and 85 cases of para-carcinoma tissues (group C) from patients undergoing exairesis or biopsy during January 2012 and January 2014 were collected, and then mRNA was obtained from all the groups. The mR-NA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K in the three groups were detected using reverse transcription- polymerase chain re-action (RT-PCR) method, and then the expressions were analyzed. Results The mRNA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B (P < 0. 05), and the mRNA expressions of mTOR and P70S6K had significantly positive correlations in the three groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The mTOR sig-naling pathway is in an activated state in human tissues of cervical cancer, and plays an important role in the pathogene-sis, development and metastasis, therefore it may be used as a therapeutic target.
