目的：探讨曲安奈德联合卡介素多糖核酸对口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）治疗的临床效果，并观察分析其不良反应及预后。方法选择2011年1月－2014年7月104例OLP患者，应用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，各52例；治疗组患者应用曲安奈德联合卡介素多糖核酸治疗，对照组患者应用曲安奈德治疗，观察两组患者临床治疗效果，采用SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗总有效率治疗组为90．38％，高于对照组的80．77％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗组VAS评分为（4．96 ± 0．35）分，低于对照组的（7．34 ± 0．31）分，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗组患者复发率和不良反应发生率分别为1．92％和3．85％，低于对照组9．62％和11．54％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论曲安奈德联合卡介素多糖核酸对OLP具有较好的临床治疗效果，能显著缓解患者疼痛，降低不良反应及复发率，预后良好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토곡안내덕연합잡개소다당핵산대구강편평태선（OLP）치료적림상효과，병관찰분석기불량반응급예후。방법선택2011년1월－2014년7월104례OLP환자，응용수궤수자표법분위대조조화치료조，각52례；치료조환자응용곡안내덕연합잡개소다당핵산치료，대조조환자응용곡안내덕치료，관찰량조환자림상치료효과，채용SPSS13．0연건진행통계분석。결과치료총유효솔치료조위90．38％，고우대조조적80．77％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；치료조VAS평분위（4．96 ± 0．35）분，저우대조조적（7．34 ± 0．31）분，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；치료조환자복발솔화불량반응발생솔분별위1．92％화3．85％，저우대조조9．62％화11．54％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론곡안내덕연합잡개소다당핵산대OLP구유교호적림상치료효과，능현저완해환자동통，강저불량반응급복발솔，예후량호，치득림상추엄응용。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical treatment effects and prognosis of T riamcinolone acetonide combined with BCG‐polysaccharide nucleic acid for the treatment of the patients with oral lichen planus and to observe and analyze the adverse reaction and its prognosis .METHODS Totally 104 cases of OLP patients were selected from Jan .2011 to Jul .2014 ;they were divided into control group and treatment group by the random number table with 52 cases in each group .The treatment group was treated with Triamcinolone acetonide and BCG‐polysaccha‐ride nucleic acid ,and the control group used Triamcinolone acetonide .The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and all data were analyzed by SPSS 13 .0 software .RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90 .38% ,which was higher than the control group of 80 .77% ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .VAS score of the treatment group was (4 .96 ± 0 .35)points ,remarkably lower than that of the control group with(7 .34 ± 0 .31)points ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The total adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3 .85% and 1 .92% ,which were lower than the control group with the rate of 11 .54% and 9 .62% .The difference was significant (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION There is better clinical effect of Triamcinolone acetonide combined with BCG‐polysaccharide nucleic acid for the treatment of the OLP patients ,which can significantly relieve patients pain and reduce adverse reactions and the recurrence rate . The prognosis is good and worthy of clinical popularization and application .
