目的：研究心理干预对首发精神分裂症患者家属的影响。方法搜集2013年12月～2014年12月我院首发精神分裂症患者家属40人，按照家属意愿进行分组。给予对照组20人常规护理，实验组20人在常规护理基础上接受心理干预。观察两组效果，并分析比较。结果实验组SDS和SAS改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05），满意度较高（P<0.05），差异显著。结论心理干预对首发精神分裂症患者家属影响较大，值得推广。
목적：연구심리간예대수발정신분렬증환자가속적영향。방법수집2013년12월～2014년12월아원수발정신분렬증환자가속40인，안조가속의원진행분조。급여대조조20인상규호리，실험조20인재상규호리기출상접수심리간예。관찰량조효과，병분석비교。결과실험조SDS화SAS개선정황우우대조조（P<0.05），만의도교고（P<0.05），차이현저。결론심리간예대수발정신분렬증환자가속영향교대，치득추엄。
Objective Psychological intervention influence on family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia is to be studied. Methods Choose 40 family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia who are treated in hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 and separate them into study group and control group on their own wil . 20 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while 20 patients in study group are given psychological intervention in addition to conventional treatment,and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Family members’SDS improvements as wel as their SAS improvements in study group is much better than counterparts in control group(P<0.05);besides,family members’satisfaction rate in study group is much higher;there is a comparison differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention exerts much more influence on family members of patients with first-episode schizophrenia;thus,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
