目的：探讨充气压力泵在预防妇科大手术后卧床患者下肢静脉血栓形成中的作用。方法随机选取我院妇科大手术后患者35例与2012年之前大手术后未使用充气压力泵的35例患者相比较。结果对照组发生下肢静脉血栓的患者为5％，而观察组在使用充气压力泵之后发生下肢静脉血栓的机率为0。结论应用充气压力泵可以有效改善及预防妇科大手术后下肢静脉血栓的发生。
목적：탐토충기압력빙재예방부과대수술후와상환자하지정맥혈전형성중적작용。방법수궤선취아원부과대수술후환자35례여2012년지전대수술후미사용충기압력빙적35례환자상비교。결과대조조발생하지정맥혈전적환자위5％，이관찰조재사용충기압력빙지후발생하지정맥혈전적궤솔위0。결론응용충기압력빙가이유효개선급예방부과대수술후하지정맥혈전적발생。
Objective To investigate the charge pressure pump in the prevention of department of gynaecology hand the role of postoperative patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis in bed. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital department of gynaecology hand 35 cases of postoperative patients with hand surgery before 2012 did not use air pressure pump of 35 patients were compared. Results Control group in lower limb venous thrombosis patients was 5%,while the observation group in the use of pneumatic pressure pump occurred after the probability of lower limb venous thrombosis is 0. Conclusion Application of pneumatic pressure pump can effectively improve and prevent the happening of the hand of department of gynaecology postoperative lower limb venous thrombosis.
