为了利用贵州织金磷矿中的伴生稀土,用硝酸分解含稀土磷矿,然后采用 P204萃取提取稀土。研究了萃取剂的配比、萃取温度以及反萃有机相与酸的比例等单因素条件对萃取的影响。结果表明,P204与硝解液的体积比为5∶3,水相萃取时间50 min,萃取温度为70℃的条件下萃取效果最好,一次萃取率为52.99%,反萃取率为93.37%。

In order to take advantage of phosphate associated rare earth in Zhijin,rare earth -contai-ning phosphate rock was decomposed with nitric acid,and then extracted with P204.The effect of the ratio of extraction solvent,extraction temperature and stripping ratio of organic phase acid and other single factor on the extraction.The results show that,with P204 and Nitrolysis liquid volume ratio of 5∶3,the aqueous phase extraction time 50min,extraction temperature of 70 ℃,the extracting effect can be reached the best with the extraction rate of 52.99 percent and anti -extraction rate of 93.37 percent.
