目的:了解临床肠道外感染气单胞菌属的分布特点及耐药率,为临床治疗气单胞菌属感染提供参考。方法对2001-2011年肠道外标本中分离的304株气单胞菌属分布和耐药性进行回顾性分析,数据采用SPSS17.0进行统计处理。结果11年间共分离到肠道外气单胞菌属304株,以嗜水气单胞菌为主,共188株占61.8%;标本来源以血液为主,共96份占31.6%;气单胞菌属对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢唑林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸和四环素耐药率均>50.0%,不同标本类型或不同种间气单胞菌属对抗菌药物的耐药率有差异。结论肠道外气单胞菌属感染以嗜水气单胞菌为主,且以中老年人和夏秋季多见,临床医师应了解气单胞菌属的耐药特点,根据药敏结果合理选择抗菌药物。

목적:료해림상장도외감염기단포균속적분포특점급내약솔,위림상치료기단포균속감염제공삼고。방법대2001-2011년장도외표본중분리적304주기단포균속분포화내약성진행회고성분석,수거채용SPSS17.0진행통계처리。결과11년간공분리도장도외기단포균속304주,이기수기단포균위주,공188주점61.8%;표본래원이혈액위주,공96빈점31.6%;기단포균속대안변서림、안변서림/서파탄、두포서림、아막서림/극랍유산화사배소내약솔균>50.0%,불동표본류형혹불동충간기단포균속대항균약물적내약솔유차이。결론장도외기단포균속감염이기수기단포균위주,차이중노년인화하추계다견,림상의사응료해기단포균속적내약특점,근거약민결과합리선택항균약물。
OBJECTIVE To enhance the knowledge of distribution features and antimicrobial resistance of extraint‐estinal A eromonas species ,and provide reference for clinical treatment of A eromonas infections .METHODS A ret‐rospective analysis was conducted on antibiotic resistance and clinical distribution of Aeromonas species isolated from extraintestinal specimens during the year 2001 to 2011 .The software SPSS17 .0 was used for statistical anal‐ysis .RESULTS A total of 304 strains were isolated during the 11 years .Aeromonas hydrophila was the most common species (188 strains ,61 .8% ) .The main source of specimens was blood (96 ,31 .6% ) .The resistant rates to ampicillin ,ampicillin/sulbactam ,cefazolin ,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and tetracycline were over 50 .0% . And the resistant rates to antibacterials differed in various species and specimens .CONCLUSION A .hydrophila was the major species among extraintestinal Aeromonas ,and the infections more commonly occurred in the elderly and in summer and autumn .Clinicians should be aware of resistance characteristics of Aeromonas ,and be cautious to drug choice according to the antimicrobial susceptibility results .
