目的：研究人文关怀在宫外孕护理中的应用价值。方法搜集2013年11月～2014年11月我院宫外孕37例患者，根据护理方法不同分为两组，即对照组18例接受常规护理，实验组19例在常规护理上给予人文关怀。观察对照组与实验组效果，并对比分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组SAS、SDS评分改善较显著，患者满意度较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论人文关怀在宫外孕护理中的应用价值较大，临床可推广。

목적：연구인문관부재궁외잉호리중적응용개치。방법수집2013년11월～2014년11월아원궁외잉37례환자，근거호리방법불동분위량조，즉대조조18례접수상규호리，실험조19례재상규호리상급여인문관부。관찰대조조여실험조효과，병대비분석。결과여대조조상비，실험조SAS、SDS평분개선교현저，환자만의도교고，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론인문관부재궁외잉호리중적응용개치교대，림상가추엄。
Objective Application value of humane care in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy is to be investigated. Methods Choose 37 patients with ectopic pregnancy who are treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different nursing care approaches;18 patients in control group are given conventional nursing care,while 19 patients in study group are given humane care in addition to conventional treatment,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group,improvement of patients’SAS and SDS scores are much more favorable than counterparts in control group;besides,patients’satisfaction rate in study group is much higher;there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Humane care is of application significance in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinical y.
