目的：探讨胃癌病变过程中Krfippel样因子8（KLF8）和生存蛋白（Survivin）的表达与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系，探讨二者与H p感染致癌的可能机制，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2009年1月－2012年6月356例患者胃活检标本，应用免疫组织化学法观察 KLF8和Survivin在胃癌病变过程的表达，快速尿酶法及Warthin‐Starry银染色法检测 Hp ，分析 Hp感染与KLF8和Survivin的表达之间的关系，采用SPSS 16．0进行统计分析。结果 Hp阳性者KLF8、Survivin表达明显高于Hp阴性者（P＜0．01）；在各组织类型中，胃癌（GC）患者Hp阳性率68．9％，KLF8、Survivin阳性率分别为56．5％和73．0％，Hp感染与KLF8和Survivin表达在GC中差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论 Hp感染可能是致KLF8、Survivin异常过度表达，并通过不同的途径协同起致癌作用。
목적：탐토위암병변과정중Krfippel양인자8（KLF8）화생존단백（Survivin）적표체여유문라간균（Hp）감염적관계，탐토이자여H p감염치암적가능궤제，위림상치료제공삼고의거。방법선취2009년1월－2012년6월356례환자위활검표본，응용면역조직화학법관찰 KLF8화Survivin재위암병변과정적표체，쾌속뇨매법급Warthin‐Starry은염색법검측 Hp ，분석 Hp감염여KLF8화Survivin적표체지간적관계，채용SPSS 16．0진행통계분석。결과 Hp양성자KLF8、Survivin표체명현고우Hp음성자（P＜0．01）；재각조직류형중，위암（GC）환자Hp양성솔68．9％，KLF8、Survivin양성솔분별위56．5％화73．0％，Hp감염여KLF8화Survivin표체재GC중차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론 Hp감염가능시치KLF8、Survivin이상과도표체，병통과불동적도경협동기치암작용。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and expression of KLF8 and survivin in gastric cancer lesions .METHODS Gastric biopsy specimens from 356 patients during Jan . 2009 to Jun .2012 were selected .The immunohistochemical method was used to detect KLF8 and survivin expres‐sion in carcinogenesis process of gastric cancer (GC) ,the rapid urease test and the Warthin‐Starry silver staining were used to detect Hp ,and the relationship was analyze between Hp infection and expression of KLF 8 and sur‐vivin .The software SPSS 16 .0 was used for statistical analysis .RESULTS KLF8 and survivin expression in Hp positive patients was significantly higher than that in Hp negative patients (P<0 .01) .In all types of tissues ,the positive rate of Hp was 68 .9% in the gastric cancer (GC) patients ,the positive rate of KLF8 and survivin protein was respectively 56 .5% and 73% .Hp infection and expression of KLF8 and survivin was positive correlated in GC (P<0 .01) .CONCLUSION Hp infection may cause abnormal over‐expression of KLF8 and survivin which lead to synergistic carcinogenesis in different ways .
