目的：研究消痔汤熏洗对痔疮患者的临床治疗效果。方法搜集2013年5月～2014年5月我院接收的痔疮40例患者，按照就诊日期单双号进行分组。实验组23例实施消痔汤熏洗治疗，对照组17例实施西医治疗。观察两组效果，对比分析。结果实验组治疗有效率明显较高，复发率明显较低，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论消痔汤熏洗治疗痔疮临床效果可靠，具有较大推广价值。

목적：연구소치탕훈세대치창환자적림상치료효과。방법수집2013년5월～2014년5월아원접수적치창40례환자，안조취진일기단쌍호진행분조。실험조23례실시소치탕훈세치료，대조조17례실시서의치료。관찰량조효과，대비분석。결과실험조치료유효솔명현교고，복발솔명현교저，조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소치탕훈세치료치창림상효과가고，구유교대추엄개치。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Xiaozhi decoction and fumigation treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods Choose 40 hemorrhoids patients who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 and separate them into two groups according to patients’hospital visitation date number(odd number and even number). 23 patients in study group are given Xiaozhi decoction and fumigation treatment,while 17 patients in control group are given western medicine treatment; and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than treatment efficacy in control group; and il ness reoccurrence incidence in study group is much lower than that in control group;there is a differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhi decoction and fumigation treatment is of clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of hemorrhoids,which is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
