目的：研究胆囊部分切除术对胆囊炎合并胆结石患者的治疗效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的胆囊炎合并胆结石36例患者，根据治疗方法不同分为两组，即对照组18例（胆囊切除术）与研究组18例（胆囊部分切除术）。观察对比两组疗效。结果与对照组相比，研究组手术情况及恢复情况较好，二次手术率较低，有较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的效果优，可推广。
목적：연구담낭부분절제술대담낭염합병담결석환자적치료효과。방법수집2013년8월～2014년8월아원접수적담낭염합병담결석36례환자，근거치료방법불동분위량조，즉대조조18례（담낭절제술）여연구조18례（담낭부분절제술）。관찰대비량조료효。결과여대조조상비，연구조수술정황급회복정황교호，이차수술솔교저，유교대차이，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론담낭부분절제술치료담낭염합병담결석적효과우，가추엄。
Objective Partial cholecystectomy treatment efficacy of cholecystitis complicated with gallstones is to be investigated. Methods Choose 36 patients with cholecystitis complicated with gallstones that are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment approaches. 18 patients in control group are given cholecystectomy treatment,while 18 patients in study group are given partial cholecystectomy treatment. And then compare treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Compared to control group,patients’recovery condition in study group are better and less of them take a secondary operation than patients in control group; there is a great differential between these two groups and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Partial cholecystectomy treatment is of efficacy in treatment of cholecystitis complicated with gallstones,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
