目的：分析我院处方质量，促进临床合理用药。方法：依据有关标准对我院内科门诊处方适宜性和用药合理性进行评估。结果：我院内科门诊平均每张处方用药品种数为3.55种，抗菌药物使用频率为15.26%，注射剂使用频率为14.35%，国家基本药物使用频率为87.57%。不合理处方占点评处方总数11.04%，联合用药不适宜或存在不良相互作用占不合理处方比例较高为21.51%。结论：我院处方一般指标较好但不合理用药情况值得注意，特别是不适当的联合用药比较突出，应强化临床药学工作促进临床合理用药。

ABSTRACTObjective:To analyze the quality of prescription of our hospital so as to promote rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:According to the relevant standards to evaluate the suitability of outpatient prescrip-tion of internal medicine in our hospital and the rationality of drug use.Results:In outpatient department of inter-nal medicine, the average number of drugs of each prescription was 3.55, and the use frequency of antimicrobial drugs, injections and the national essential drugs was 15.26%, 14.35% and 87.57% respectively. Unreasonable pre-scriptions accounted for 11.04% of the total commented prescriptions, of which the unsuitable drug combination or unfavorable drug interactions accounted for 21.51%.Conclusion:The general index of prescription in our hospital is good, but the attention should be paid to the irrational drug use, especially the inappropriate drug combination. Therefore the work of clinical pharmacy should be strengthened so as to promote rational drug use.
