高频率使用的小型服务设施是社会基础建设中的微小细节，往往被宏观的城市设计所掩盖，成为被忽略的部分。很多高频率使用的小型服务设施的建设都只能勉强满足基本的功能需求，很难完美地平衡其自身的舒适性与环保性，能耗存在巨大的浪费。本文将以吐鲁番图书馆外独立式公共卫生间为例，探讨在满足功能要求、地域特征的前提下，在生态观念的指导下，运用绿色生态技术设计策略，设计具有文化特征强、舒适性能好、能源消耗少的绿色小型公共服务设施，并通过模拟加以验证。

Smal public service facilities of high-frequency use are tiny details of social infrastructure, they are often covered by urban design and become the ignored part. Plenty of smal public service facilities of high-frequency use only manage to satisfy the functional requirement, have dififculty balancing their comfort and environmental beneifts perfectly and cause huge waste. This paper takes Turpan freestanding toilet architectural design for example, under the guide of ecology concept, meeting the requirements of function and geographical features, using green ecological architecture design strategy, a green smal public service facility with strong cultural characteristics and low energy-consuming was discussed and worked out, it was also veriifed by simulation test.
