目的：探讨风湿性疾病和关节疾病的症状护理。方法对我院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的风湿性疾病和关节疾病的症状护理进行分析。结果对30例风浊疾病和关节疾病患者经治疗及护理，症状有所减轻其中，显效13例，有效14例，无效3例，总有效率90%。结论加对临床症状护理，减轻缓解疼痛，有效的锻炼方式使关节功能得到保持，防止关节畸形和肌肉萎缩。皮肤完整性受损者有效护理皮肤面积缩小或完全修复。使患者生活能够自理。

목적：탐토풍습성질병화관절질병적증상호리。방법대아원2012년6월～2014년6월수치적풍습성질병화관절질병적증상호리진행분석。결과대30례풍탁질병화관절질병환자경치료급호리，증상유소감경기중，현효13례，유효14례，무효3례，총유효솔90%。결론가대림상증상호리，감경완해동통，유효적단련방식사관절공능득도보지，방지관절기형화기육위축。피부완정성수손자유효호리피부면적축소혹완전수복。사환자생활능구자리。
Objectives The clinical care of rheumatic and joint disease is to be investigated. Methods Analyze the clinical treatment data selected from patients of rheumatic and joint disease who are treated in hospital from June 2012 to June 2014. Results With considerate treatment and care,al of 30 patients’symptoms have been al eviated and there are 13 cases of significantly ef iciency,14 cases of ef ectiveness,and 3 cases of inef ectiveness,the ef iciency rate is up to 90%in total. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen care of clinical symptoms in order to relieve patients’pain;besides,ef ective exercise is conducive to maintenance of joint function and prevention from joint malformation and muscle atrophy. And for those patients who suf er from skin impairment,it is suggested to provide them with effective treatment to get impairment scope narrowed or repaired completely in order to make it possible for patients to take care of themselves.
