目的：探究手术治疗急性胰腺炎患者采用相应护理干预的效果。方法选取2013年8月～2014年7月收治的76例手术治疗的急性胰腺炎患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组42例患者，选择优质护理，对照组34例患者选择常规护理，观察患者的护理效果。结果实验组护理的总有效率为92.86%。对照组护理的总有效率为79.41%。两组患者的护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手术治疗急性胰腺炎患者在术后给予优质护理，提高治疗依从性，缓解心理压力，提高身体舒适度，值得推荐。

목적：탐구수술치료급성이선염환자채용상응호리간예적효과。방법선취2013년8월～2014년7월수치적76례수술치료적급성이선염환자진행호리，수궤분조，실험조42례환자，선택우질호리，대조조34례환자선택상규호리，관찰환자적호리효과。결과실험조호리적총유효솔위92.86%。대조조호리적총유효솔위79.41%。량조환자적호리효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론수술치료급성이선염환자재술후급여우질호리，제고치료의종성，완해심리압력，제고신체서괄도，치득추천。
Objective The efficiency of nursing intervention applied to patients with acute pancreatitis operated with surgery is to be investigated. Methods Choose 76 patients with acute pancreatitis who are operated surgery in hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. 42 patients in study group are given excel ence quality treatment and 34 patients in control group are given elementary treatment. And then observe the treatment efficiency of two groups. Results The treatment efficiency in study group is up to 92.86%and treatment efficiency in control group is up to 79.41%,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Provide patients acute pancreatitis with excel ence quality treatment are quite effective to improve patients’treatment compliance and al eviate their psychological pressure and improve physical comfort,which is worthy to be promoted.
