鉴于公路隧道运营安全评价中各指标的不确定性和模糊性,将熵值理论与模糊物元建模相结合,建立基于熵权的模糊物元综合评价模型,提出基于该模型的公路隧道运营安全性综合评价方法,并以广昆高速公路粤境河口至平台段隧道为例进行工程实践应用分析。结果表明:该方法步骤清晰,易于理解,计算简便,能够定量地评价隧道运营安全性结果,为隧道运营安全管理决策提供理论和技术支持。

In view of uncertainty and fuzziness of all indices in evaluation for operating safety of highway tunnels,this paper combines the entropy value theory and fuzzy matter-element modeling to establish a fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight,proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for operating safety of highway tunnels based on this model,and conducts application analysis of project practices with the tunnel at the section from Guangdong border river to Pingtai of Guangzhou-Kunming Expressway.The results show that the method is clear in steps,easy to understand, simple in calculation,and can quantitatively evaluate the results of operating safety of tunnels to provide theoretical and technical supports for management decision on operating safety of tunnels.
