近年来，由于儿童运动方式、游戏内容多样化但缺乏运动风险防护意识等原因，牙外伤有增加趋势。年轻恒前牙外伤造成的牙体缺损影响患儿正常心理、行为和性格的发育，影响发音及牙齿正常功能、美观。无论从恢复牙齿的美观及功能，有利于牙齿和牙列的发育及成年后的永久性修复，还是从医治外伤牙齿对家长、孩子造成的心理创伤，年轻恒前牙外伤后及时进行修复都具有重要意义。该文就年轻恒前牙外伤后的修复方式做阐述和分析，为临床医生依据牙外伤具体情况选择相应适合的修复方法提供参考和建议。

In recent years, tooth injuries had a tendency to increase due to the diversification of children's movement ways and the lack of movement risk protection consciousness. Dental injuries in children and adolescence affected children's normal development of psychology, behavior and personality, and affected the normal tooth function, pronunciation and aesthetics. It is significant to repair immature permanent anterior tooth fracture in time after trauma considering children's psychological trauma and the lost of oral functions. There are several defected tooth restorations can be chosen in clinic to ensure tooth function, pronunciation and oral aesthetic. The aim of this paper was to provide a reference and advice for the clinical doctors to select suitable repair methods of defected young permanent anterior tooth after injury.
