目的:探讨中枢神经系统医院感染患者心肌酶以及一氧化氮(N O )水平的变化,为中枢神经系统感染早期诊断、利于改善预后提供参考依据。方法选取2011年4月-2013年12月中枢神经系统医院感染患者69例作为观察组,同期健康体检人员70名作为对照组,对两组人员血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK‐MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α‐羟丁酸脱氢酶(α‐HBDH)、一氧化氮(NO)以及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)水平进行检测并比较,所有数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者的CK、CK‐MB、LDH及α‐HBDH明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者NO及NOS观察组分别为(56.38±5.09)μmol/L和(58.22±4.13)U /ml ,对照组分别为(41.13±4.33)μmol/L和(29.56 ± 3.01)U /ml ,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过检测血清心肌酶和NO水平对中枢神经系统感染进行早期诊断和判断严重程度,从而尽早采取措施进行治疗,以改善患者的预后。

목적:탐토중추신경계통의원감염환자심기매이급일양화담(N O )수평적변화,위중추신경계통감염조기진단、리우개선예후제공삼고의거。방법선취2011년4월-2013년12월중추신경계통의원감염환자69례작위관찰조,동기건강체검인원70명작위대조조,대량조인원혈청기산격매(CK)、기산격매동공매(CK‐MB)、유산탈경매(LDH)、α‐간정산탈경매(α‐HBDH)、일양화담(NO)이급일양화담합성매(NOS)수평진행검측병비교,소유수거채용SPSS13.0연건진행통계분석。결과관찰조환자적CK、CK‐MB、LDH급α‐HBDH명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);환자NO급NOS관찰조분별위(56.38±5.09)μmol/L화(58.22±4.13)U /ml ,대조조분별위(41.13±4.33)μmol/L화(29.56 ± 3.01)U /ml ,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과검측혈청심기매화NO수평대중추신경계통감염진행조기진단화판단엄중정도,종이진조채취조시진행치료,이개선환자적예후。
OBJECTIVE To investigate changes of cardiac enzymes and nitric oxide levels in patients suffered from central nervous system nosocomial infections ,so as to provide clinical reference for the early diagnosis and im‐proved prognosis of central nervous system infections .METHODS Totally 69 patients with central nervous system infection in the hospital from Apr .2011 to Dec .2013 were selected as observation group and another 70 cases of healthy people as control group .The levels of serum creatine kinase (CK) ,creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK‐MB) , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) ,α‐hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α‐HBDH) ,nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were measured and compared ,and SPSS 13 .0 was adopted for statistical analysis .RESULTS The levels of CK ,CK‐MB ,LDH and α‐HBDH in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0 .05) .And NO and NOS levels in the observation group were (56 .38 ± 5 .09)μmol/L and (58 .22 ± 4 .13) u/ml respectively ,while (41 .13 ± 4 .33)μmol/L and (29 .56 ± 3 .01) u/ml in the control group .The differ‐ence was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION Serum myocardial enzymes and NO levels should be detected for early diagnosis and judgment of disease degree of central nervous system infections so as to take meas‐ures for treatment and improving prognosis .
