目的：探讨尖锐湿疣患者人乳头状瘤病毒（H PV ）感染及其基因型的分布，为临床早期诊断和防治提供科学依据。方法选择2012年1月－2014年6月皮肤科门诊收治的780例尖锐湿疣患者，采用导流杂交基因芯片技术（HybriMax）对其疣体组织标本进行HPV感染基因分型及 HPV‐DVA的检测，采用SPSS19．0进行统计分析。结果780例尖锐湿疣患者共检测出 HPV‐DNA 764例，阳性率为97．95％；764例阳性标本共检测出基因型21种，检出率排名前3位的基因型分别为 HPV6345例占44．23％、HPV11276例占35．38％、HPV1684例占10．77％；H PV筛查的年龄段集中在20～39岁，＜20岁和＞49岁的人群最少，其中H PV阳性构成比最高的年龄段为20～29岁，与其他年龄段相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染的基因型主要为HPV6、HPV11、HPV16，且多重化感染较为常见，感染的年龄段主要集中在20～39岁。
목적：탐토첨예습우환자인유두상류병독（H PV ）감염급기기인형적분포，위림상조기진단화방치제공과학의거。방법선택2012년1월－2014년6월피부과문진수치적780례첨예습우환자，채용도류잡교기인심편기술（HybriMax）대기우체조직표본진행HPV감염기인분형급 HPV‐DVA적검측，채용SPSS19．0진행통계분석。결과780례첨예습우환자공검측출 HPV‐DNA 764례，양성솔위97．95％；764례양성표본공검측출기인형21충，검출솔배명전3위적기인형분별위 HPV6345례점44．23％、HPV11276례점35．38％、HPV1684례점10．77％；H PV사사적년령단집중재20～39세，＜20세화＞49세적인군최소，기중H PV양성구성비최고적년령단위20～29세，여기타년령단상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론첨예습우환자HPV감염적기인형주요위HPV6、HPV11、HPV16，차다중화감염교위상견，감염적년령단주요집중재20～39세。
OBJECTIVE To investigate human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genotype distribution in condylo‐ma acuminatum patients ,and provide scientific basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS Totally 780 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients from Jan .2012 to Jun .2014 admitted to the outpatient department of dermatology were selected ,the flow‐through hybridization and gene chip technology (HybriMax) was used on the wart tissue specimens for the detection of genotyping and HPV‐DVA HPV infection .RESULTS HPV‐DNA were detected in 764 out of the 780 patients ,the positive rate was 97 .95% .The 764 positive samples were detected to exhibit 21 genotypes and the genotypes with the detection rate of the top three were HPV 6 (345 cases ,44 .23% ) , HPV11 (276 cases ,35 .38% ) ,HPV16 (84 cases ,10 .77% ) .HPV screening most commonly happened in pa‐tients aged 20~39 years ,and least in those ages younger than 20 years and older than 49 years .The HPV positive constituent ratio was the highest in those aged 20 to 29 years ,with significant difference compared with other age groups (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION The genotypes of HPV infection in patients with condyloma acuminatum are mainly HPV6 ,HPV11 ,HPV16 ,and multiple infections are common ,age of infection is mainly concentrated in 20~39 years old .
