目的：观察化腐清创术治疗体表脓肿的临床疗效。方法收集2013年12月—2015年1月60例体表脓肿患者，随机分为两组，治疗组30例采用化腐清创术，对照组30例采用切开引流术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、伤口愈合时间长短及愈合后瘢痕大小。结果两组总有效率均为100%；治疗组治疗体表脓肿在伤口的愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕的大小方面优于对照组(P <0．05)。结论化腐清创术治疗体表脓肿有疗效好、病程短、愈合后瘢痕小的优点。
목적：관찰화부청창술치료체표농종적림상료효。방법수집2013년12월—2015년1월60례체표농종환자，수궤분위량조，치료조30례채용화부청창술，대조조30례채용절개인류술치료。비교량조림상료효、상구유합시간장단급유합후반흔대소。결과량조총유효솔균위100%；치료조치료체표농종재상구적유합시간、유합후반흔적대소방면우우대조조(P <0．05)。결론화부청창술치료체표농종유료효호、병정단、유합후반흔소적우점。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of corruption debridement in treatment of superficial ab-scess. Methods A total of 60 patients with superficial abscess admitted during December 2013 and January 2015 were divided into two groups. The treatment group (n = 30) was treated with corruption debridement, while the control group (n = 30) was given incision and drainage. The curative effects, the time of wound healing and cicatricial size after heal-ing in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 100% in each group. The time of wound heal-ing and cicatricial size after healing in the treatment group were shorter and smaller than those of control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The corruption debridement in treatment of superficial abscess has advantages, such as better cura-tive effect, a shorter course of disease and smaller cicatricial size after healing.
