Objective:To discuss quality management of the front sheet of medical record in order to draw attention of relevant staff to its integrity and accuracy. Methods:the importance of the front sheet of medical record has been explained from various aspects, and factors affecting the quality have been pointed out and recommendations have been made for improvement. Results:It is evident from the practice that medical record can be effective only if the front sheet of medical record information is accurate and complete. Conclusion:It is important to strengthen quality management , avoid the influence of errors to the result data , and improve quality and make full use of its role.
