随着人们健康需求的提高和医疗改革深入进行，医患关系日趋紧张。该文试着探讨医患关系紧张原因并分析在新形势下如何缓解医患紧张关系。认为：首先是提高医疗质量，其次要加强医院制度管理，改善管理，提供优质服务，建立和谐医患关系。

With elevation of people's demands on health and deepening of medical reform, doctor-patient rela-tionship is increasingly intense. This paper tries to discuss the causes of intense doctor-patient relationship and ana-lyze how to relieve the tension between doctors and patients under new situations. It is proposed that medicare quality should be enhanced. In addition, it is essential for hospitals to strengthen system administration, upgrade management, offer high-quality service and build up harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
