目的：探析老年肺炎患者的临床护理方法及应用效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院接收的老年肺炎34例患者，根据不同护理方法对其进行分组。实验组共17例，护理方法选择综合护理；对照组共17例，护理方法选择常规护理。观察并对比两组效果。结果与对照组相比，实验组护理有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理在老年肺炎患者临床护理中效果确切，具有较大推广价值。

목적：탐석노년폐염환자적림상호리방법급응용효과。방법수집2013년10월～2014년10월아원접수적노년폐염34례환자，근거불동호리방법대기진행분조。실험조공17례，호리방법선택종합호리；대조조공17례，호리방법선택상규호리。관찰병대비량조효과。결과여대조조상비，실험조호리유효솔교고，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론종합호리재노년폐염환자림상호리중효과학절，구유교대추엄개치。
Objective Clinical nursing care and its application effect to elderly patients with pneumonia are to be investigated. Methods Choose 34 elderly patients of pneumonia who are treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into groups according to different nursing care approaches; 17 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing care,while 17 patients in control group are given conventional nursing care, and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Compared to control group,nursing efficacy in study group is much higher,there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care is of clinical efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
