目的：探究滴虫性阴道炎患者采用奥硝唑治疗的效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年10月收治的33例滴虫性阴道炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组17例患者选择奥硝唑的治疗，对照组15例患者采用替硝唑的治疗。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.12%，对照组患者治疗有效率为80.0%。两组患者的治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论滴虫性阴道炎患者选择奥硝唑的治疗，能够抑制细菌活性，调节阴道微环境，效果显著，值得推荐。

목적：탐구적충성음도염환자채용오초서치료적효과。방법선취2013년7월～2014년10월수치적33례적충성음도염환자진행치료，수궤분조，실험조17례환자선택오초서적치료，대조조15례환자채용체초서적치료。결과실험조환자치료유효솔위94.12%，대조조환자치료유효솔위80.0%。량조환자적치료효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론적충성음도염환자선택오초서적치료，능구억제세균활성，조절음도미배경，효과현저，치득추천。
Objective Application efficacy of ornidazole in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis is to be observed. Methods Choose 33 patients with trichomonas vaginitis who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. 17 patients in study group are given ornidazole treatmen,while 15 patients in control group are given tinidazole treatment. Results The treatment efficacy in study group is up to 94.12%;while treatment efficacy in control group is 80.0%;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole is of efficacy in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis;it is effective to inhibit bacterial activity and regulate vaginal microenvironment,thus,such an effective treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
