选取9类典型煤种,利用压差法测定烧结温度的实验装置,结合灰渣的 XRD 分析结果,考察了添加 K 基碱金属催化剂、不同煤种灰成分对烧结温度的影响。结果表明,碳酸钾催化剂的添加,明显降低高铁钙含量的 WJT 煤的灰熔点及烧结温度,碱金属 K 化合物极易同煤中 Fe、Ca 的矿物质反应生成低温共融物进而加剧煤灰的熔融结渣。不同煤种烧结温度的差异与煤灰中硅、铝、铁、钙含量密切相关。铝、硅含量高的煤灰烧结温度较高,而铁、钙含量高的煤灰烧结温度相对较低。碱金属K 催化剂的添加加剧了煤灰的烧结结渣,而钙、铁的存在会加速硅铝酸盐间的反应生成低温共融物进而加速灰熔融。各煤种烧结温度的变化与其灰成分在 CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3、FeO-SiO2-Al2 O3三元相图上的位置相吻合。
選取9類典型煤種,利用壓差法測定燒結溫度的實驗裝置,結閤灰渣的 XRD 分析結果,攷察瞭添加 K 基堿金屬催化劑、不同煤種灰成分對燒結溫度的影響。結果錶明,碳痠鉀催化劑的添加,明顯降低高鐵鈣含量的 WJT 煤的灰鎔點及燒結溫度,堿金屬 K 化閤物極易同煤中 Fe、Ca 的礦物質反應生成低溫共融物進而加劇煤灰的鎔融結渣。不同煤種燒結溫度的差異與煤灰中硅、鋁、鐵、鈣含量密切相關。鋁、硅含量高的煤灰燒結溫度較高,而鐵、鈣含量高的煤灰燒結溫度相對較低。堿金屬K 催化劑的添加加劇瞭煤灰的燒結結渣,而鈣、鐵的存在會加速硅鋁痠鹽間的反應生成低溫共融物進而加速灰鎔融。各煤種燒結溫度的變化與其灰成分在 CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3、FeO-SiO2-Al2 O3三元相圖上的位置相吻閤。

A homemade pressurized pressure-drop measuring device and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) analyzer were used to determine the effects of alkali catalyst addition and different chemical compositions of nine kinds of coal ashes on the ash sintering temperature.The resultss how that the sintering temperature of WJT coal ash containing higher Fe and Ca compositions decl ines markedly after adding potassium carbonate catalyst.K minerals react easily with Fe and Ca minerals to produce low-me lting-point eutectics , which accelerates the sintering and agglomeration.The sintering temp eratures of var ious coal as hes ar e clos ely relat ed to the contents of Si, Al, Fe and Ca in coal ashe s.The sintering temperature sin crease for the coal ashw ith higher conte nt of silicon and aluminum, but decrease for the coal ash wi th higher content of calciuma nd iron in as h.Adding K catalyst can promote the slagging by forming eutectic matters, especially in the presence of calcium and iron. The thre -elemen t phase diagrams of CaO-SiO2-Al2 O3 , FeO-SiO2-Al2 O3 could explain the sinterin g tempera tures v ariance.
