目的:探讨普外科无菌手术手术切口感染相关影响因素,为预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法选取2012年6月-2013年6月在医院行普外科手术患者116例,分析术后发生切口感染患者临床资料,并对其术后切口感染进行单因素及 logistic多因素分析。结果调查116例患者发生术后切口感染58 例,感染率为50.00%;经单因素分析可知年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、手术季节、病房条件、抗菌药物应用时间等与患者术后切口感染有关;经 logistic多因素分析可知BMI高、手术时间长、多人病房、操作者资历低、切口类型是患者术后切口感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论普外科患者术后感染是由多因素共同作用引起的,术前调整患者体质量指数、缩短备皮至手术时间、改善病房条件、提高手术操作者业务水平,可有效降低普外科无菌手术术后感染风险。

목적:탐토보외과무균수술수술절구감염상관영향인소,위예방화공제의원감염제공과학의거。방법선취2012년6월-2013년6월재의원행보외과수술환자116례,분석술후발생절구감염환자림상자료,병대기술후절구감염진행단인소급 logistic다인소분석。결과조사116례환자발생술후절구감염58 례,감염솔위50.00%;경단인소분석가지년령、체질량지수(BMI)、수술계절、병방조건、항균약물응용시간등여환자술후절구감염유관;경 logistic다인소분석가지BMI고、수술시간장、다인병방、조작자자력저、절구류형시환자술후절구감염적독립위험인소(P<0.05)。결론보외과환자술후감염시유다인소공동작용인기적,술전조정환자체질량지수、축단비피지수술시간、개선병방조건、제고수술조작자업무수평,가유효강저보외과무균수술술후감염풍험。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the incision‐relevant risk factors of aseptic operation in the general surgery department so as to provide scientific references for the prevention and control of hospital infections .METHODS Totally 116 case of patients who adopted surgery in the general surgery department in our hospital from Jan .2012 to Jan .2013 were selected and clinical data of patients with incision infections postoperatively were analyzed .Sin‐gle factor and logistic multiple‐factor analysis were conducted on incision infections .RESULTS A total of 58 cases suffered from incision infections among the 116 cases ,and the infection rate was 50 .00% .The age ,body mass in‐dex (BMI) ,surgical season ,ward conditions ,antibiotics using time were found to be relevant to incision infec‐tions according to single factor analysis .And high BMI ,long surgery time ,shared wards ,low qualification of the operators and types of incision were the independent risk factors of incision factors postoperatively according to logistic multiple‐factor analysis (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION Postoperative infection in the general surgery depart‐ment is caused by multiple factors together .Adjustments of BMI preoperatively ,shorten of skin preparation to reduce operative time ,improvement of ward conditions and operators qualification level can effectively reduce infection rate after aseptic surgery in the general surgery department . .
