发泡聚丙烯泡沫是一种性能卓越的复合材料,具有许多优越的特性,可用于吸附水体中的油类物质。文章测试了发泡聚丙烯泡沫的油水选择性、吸附动力学、对不同油品的吸附性能,并对发泡聚丙烯泡沫的重复利用性、耐温性以及对水面浮油的去除效果进行了研究。实验结果表明:发泡聚丙烯泡沫具有很好的亲油疏水性,其对柴油的吸附符合伪二级吸附动力学方程,其饱和吸附倍率为9.5 g/g ,饱和吸附时间为22 min;发泡聚丙烯泡沫具有很好的重复利用性;吸油速率随着温度升高而加快,但温度对其饱和吸油倍率影响较小;发泡聚丙烯泡沫对水面浮油去除效果良好,在处理含油污水方面具有广阔的发展前景。

Foamed polypropylene foam is a kind of high performance composite materials with many ex‐cellent properties ,which can be used for the adsorption of oil materials in the water .In this paper , the oil‐water selectivity ,adsorption kinetics and adsorption properties of foamed polypropylene foam on different oils were tested .Its repeated use ,heat resistance and removal effect on oil in the water were investigated as well .The experimental results show that foamed polypropylene foam has very good lipophilicity and hydrophobicity .It has a good adsorption effect on diesel oil w hich is in accord‐ance with the pseudo‐second‐order adsorption kinetic equation with saturated adsorption rate of 9.5 g/g and saturated adsorption time of 22 min .The repeated use of foamed polypropylene foam is also proved fine .As the temperature rises ,the oil absorption rate is accelerated ,whereas the effect of temperature on the saturated oil absorption rate is smaller .Foamed polypropylene foam show s good removal effect on oil slick ,and has a broad development prospect in the treatment of oily wastewater .
