目的：探讨腹股沟疝无张力修补术后慢性疼痛的原因及防治。方法：选取131例腹股沟疝患者行无张力疝修补术，分析其术后疼痛原因及防治方法。结果：随访时间3～12个月，术后出现3个月以上局部慢性疼痛不能缓解并需进一步治疗的患者8例，发生率为6.1%。结论：开放性无张力疝修补术中熟练的手术操作、部分可吸收材料的应用、材料使用个体化等可以减少术后慢性疼痛的发生，提高患者术后的生活质量。
목적：탐토복고구산무장력수보술후만성동통적원인급방치。방법：선취131례복고구산환자행무장력산수보술，분석기술후동통원인급방치방법。결과：수방시간3～12개월，술후출현3개월이상국부만성동통불능완해병수진일보치료적환자8례，발생솔위6.1%。결론：개방성무장력산수보술중숙련적수술조작、부분가흡수재료적응용、재료사용개체화등가이감소술후만성동통적발생，제고환자술후적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the cause and treatment of inguinal hernia tension-free repair of postoperative chronic pain. Methods:131 patients with inguinal hernia underwent tension-free repair in hospital, analyze the causes and prevention methods of postoperative pain. Results:Patients were followed up for 3 months~12 months, postopera-tive 3 months longer local chronic pain can not relieve and needed further treatment of patients in 8 cases, the inci-dence was 6.1%. Conclusion:In open tension-free hernia repair, the skilled operation, part of the application of ab-sorbable material and material using individual can reduce the occurrence of postoperative chronic pain, and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
