目的：观察注射用转移因子治疗中、重度痤疮疗效。方法：将40例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组用转移因子联合阿维A胶囊、多西环素；对照组仅口服阿维A胶囊、多西环素。结果：治疗组显效率80.0%，对照组显效率45.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论：注射用转移因子治疗中、重度痤疮有显著疗效。
目的：觀察註射用轉移因子治療中、重度痤瘡療效。方法：將40例中、重度痤瘡患者隨機分為兩組。治療組用轉移因子聯閤阿維A膠囊、多西環素；對照組僅口服阿維A膠囊、多西環素。結果：治療組顯效率80.0%，對照組顯效率45.0%，兩組比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05)。結論：註射用轉移因子治療中、重度痤瘡有顯著療效。
목적：관찰주사용전이인자치료중、중도좌창료효。방법：장40례중、중도좌창환자수궤분위량조。치료조용전이인자연합아유A효낭、다서배소；대조조부구복아유A효낭、다서배소。결과：치료조현효솔80.0%，대조조현효솔45.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05)。결론：주사용전이인자치료중、중도좌창유현저료효。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of transfer factor injection in the treat of moderate and severe acne. Methods:40 patients who suffered from moderate to severe acne were divided into two groups randomly. The control group were treated in acitretin capsules and doxitard .The treatment group were treated in combination with transfer factor injection on the basis of the control group. Results:The effect rate of treatment groups was 80.0%and that of control group is 45%there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05) between the tow groups Conclusion:Transfer factor injection was more effective in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
