目的:了解医院住院患者多药耐药菌(MDROs)感染现状,为制定有效的预防和控制措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析2012年7-12月广西境内中部、北部和西部的7所三级甲等医院送检标本中分离出的MDROs资料,并进行统计分析,数据采用 Excel表格进行统计处理。结果共分离出目标细菌465株,其中 MDROs 202株,占43.44%;MDROs中革兰阴性菌184株占91.09%、革兰阳性菌18株占8.91%;标本来源以痰液为主,共100株占49.50%。结论多药耐药菌发病率较高,以革兰阴性菌为主,MDROs感染高发科室是ICU ,发生感染的部位主要是呼吸道和血液。
目的:瞭解醫院住院患者多藥耐藥菌(MDROs)感染現狀,為製定有效的預防和控製措施提供依據。方法迴顧性分析2012年7-12月廣西境內中部、北部和西部的7所三級甲等醫院送檢標本中分離齣的MDROs資料,併進行統計分析,數據採用 Excel錶格進行統計處理。結果共分離齣目標細菌465株,其中 MDROs 202株,佔43.44%;MDROs中革蘭陰性菌184株佔91.09%、革蘭暘性菌18株佔8.91%;標本來源以痰液為主,共100株佔49.50%。結論多藥耐藥菌髮病率較高,以革蘭陰性菌為主,MDROs感染高髮科室是ICU ,髮生感染的部位主要是呼吸道和血液。
목적:료해의원주원환자다약내약균(MDROs)감염현상,위제정유효적예방화공제조시제공의거。방법회고성분석2012년7-12월엄서경내중부、북부화서부적7소삼급갑등의원송검표본중분리출적MDROs자료,병진행통계분석,수거채용 Excel표격진행통계처리。결과공분리출목표세균465주,기중 MDROs 202주,점43.44%;MDROs중혁란음성균184주점91.09%、혁란양성균18주점8.91%;표본래원이담액위주,공100주점49.50%。결론다약내약균발병솔교고,이혁란음성균위주,MDROs감염고발과실시ICU ,발생감염적부위주요시호흡도화혈액。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and distribution of multi‐drug resistant bacteria (MDROs) in‐fections in inpatients so as to provide reference for formulation of effective prevention and control measures . METHODS By means of retrospective survey ,a cross‐sectional investigation was made in 7 three‐A hospitals in center ,north and west of Guangxi .Data were statistically analyzed with the software Excel for the prevalence and distribution of MDROs from various samples isolated during Jul .to Dec .2012 .RESULTS Totally 465 target strains were detected ,in which 202 (43 .44% ) strains were MDROs .In all strains of MDROs ,184 (91 .09% ) strains were gram‐negative bacteria and 18 (8 .91% ) strains were gram‐positive bacteria .Sputum samples (100 strains ,49 .50% ) accounted for the main source of MDROs strains .CONCLUSION The morbidity of the multi‐drug‐resistant bacteria is high ,and the gram‐negative bacteria are dominant .The ICU is the department at high risk of MDROs infections ,and the respiratory tract and blood are the major infection sites .
