目的：对内科住院患者发生深部真菌感染的概况及用药情况进行分析，为临床合理使用抗真菌药物，控制医院真菌感染提供有效信息。方法收集医院2010年5月－2012年5月内科住院患者210例真菌感染及用药情况，并进行回顾性分析，采用SPSS11．0进行统计分析。结果210例真菌感染患者以肿瘤血液科为主，共65例占30．95％；死亡51例，病死率为24．29％，结核科死亡最多，共20例，病死率为36．36％；检出271株真菌，以假丝酵母菌属为主，占92．25％，两年间白色假丝酵母菌检出率由41．38％下降至32．26％。结论医院真菌感染的关键在于预防，对高危人群应加强菌群监测，必要时给予适当的预防措施；根据药敏结果积极治疗已发生的真菌感染。
목적：대내과주원환자발생심부진균감염적개황급용약정황진행분석，위림상합리사용항진균약물，공제의원진균감염제공유효신식。방법수집의원2010년5월－2012년5월내과주원환자210례진균감염급용약정황，병진행회고성분석，채용SPSS11．0진행통계분석。결과210례진균감염환자이종류혈액과위주，공65례점30．95％；사망51례，병사솔위24．29％，결핵과사망최다，공20례，병사솔위36．36％；검출271주진균，이가사효모균속위주，점92．25％，량년간백색가사효모균검출솔유41．38％하강지32．26％。결론의원진균감염적관건재우예방，대고위인군응가강균군감측，필요시급여괄당적예방조시；근거약민결과적겁치료이발생적진균감염。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current condition of deep fungal infections in inpatients in the internal medicine department and analyze drug application status so as to provide effective information for clinical rational use of antifungal agents and control of hospital fungal infections .METHODS Totally 210 inpatients with fungal in‐fections from May 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .The software SPSS11 .0 was used for statisti‐cal analysis .RESULTS The 210 patients with fungal infections were mainly distributed in the departments of on‐cology and hematology including 65 cases accounting for 30 .95% .There were 52 death cases with the mortality of 24 .29% ,which were mainly distributed in the tuberculosis department including 20 cases with the mortality of 36 .36 % .Totally 271 strains of fungi were detected ,mainly including Candida accounting for 92 .25% .The de‐tection rate of Candida was declined from 41 .38% to 32 .26% in the two years .CONCLUSION It is important to prevent hospital fungal infections .The monitoring in high‐risk group should be strengthened and appropriate pre‐ventive measures should be given when necessary .Clinicians should conduct positive treatment of fungal infections according to the results of drug sensitive test .
