目的：研究宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉治疗中的临床应用效果及价值。方法搜集2013年11月~2014年11月我院子宫内膜息肉40例患者，根据治疗方式不同进行分组。研究组共20例，实施宫腔镜治疗；对照组共20例，接受常规治疗。观察并比较两组效果。结果研究组症状改善情况优于对照组，治疗有效率高，有较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉治疗中具有较大应用价值，效果可靠，可推广。
목적：연구궁강경재자궁내막식육치료중적림상응용효과급개치。방법수집2013년11월~2014년11월아원자궁내막식육40례환자，근거치료방식불동진행분조。연구조공20례，실시궁강경치료；대조조공20례，접수상규치료。관찰병비교량조효과。결과연구조증상개선정황우우대조조，치료유효솔고，유교대차이，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론궁강경재자궁내막식육치료중구유교대응용개치，효과가고，가추엄。
Objective To study the clinical effect on the treatment of endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy. Methods To divide the 40 cases patients into the control group(20 cases)and the research group(20 cases)according to the difference treatment. Al the patients were chosen from November 2013 to November 2014. The patients in the research group adopted the hysteroscopic treatment and the patients in the control group adopted the conventional therapy. To observe and compare the difference between the two groups. Results The symptoms and the treatment efficiency in the research group was much better than it was in the contral group,It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference between the two groups and the statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is good to adopt the hysteroscopic treatment on endometrial polyps,it is widely used.
