在快速城市化的影响下，千百年来承载农耕文明的传统乡村文化景观面临巨大挑战。针对河北省新农村发展的现状，本文主要对思想观念、空间布局、人地关系、资源产业化途径等方面所存在的困境问题进行分析，并提出了相关的解决对策，以期在新农村建设中为乡村文化景观的保护和发展提供工作思路。

Although it has been car ied the traditional rural culture landscape for thousands of years, the farming civilization stil faces enormous chal enges under the influence of rapid urbanization. In this paper, the authors considered the dilemma on the protection and development of rural cultural landscape and proposed strategies about vil agers, rural cultural landscape spatial structure, landscape value evaluation norms and rural cultural landscape resources degree of industrialization and other aspects. This study may shed light on the construction of new rural cultural landscape.
