目的：研究社区糖尿病合并高血压患者经厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗的效果。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年1月社区糖尿病合并高血压38例，按照治疗用药不同分成两组。对照组19例治疗药物选择厄贝沙坦，在此基础上给予实验组19例硝苯地平。观察对比临床疗效。结果两组比较，实验组DBP、SBP、尿微量蛋白指标下降明显（P<0.05），治疗有效率较高（P<0.05），差异显著。结论厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平对社区糖尿病合并高血压治疗效果确切，临床可推广。
목적：연구사구당뇨병합병고혈압환자경액패사탄연합초분지평치료적효과。방법수집2014년1월～2015년1월사구당뇨병합병고혈압38례，안조치료용약불동분성량조。대조조19례치료약물선택액패사탄，재차기출상급여실험조19례초분지평。관찰대비림상료효。결과량조비교，실험조DBP、SBP、뇨미량단백지표하강명현（P<0.05），치료유효솔교고（P<0.05），차이현저。결론액패사탄연합초분지평대사구당뇨병합병고혈압치료효과학절，림상가추엄。
Objective To study the effect of community diabetic patients with diabetes and hypertension by .using Irbesartan Tablets combined Extended Release Nifedipine Table.Methods To divide the 38 cases patients on diabetes and hypertension into two groups. the control group 19 cases patients adopt the Irbesartan Tablets treatment and the study group 19 cases patients adopt the Extended Release Nifedipine Table treatment. To observe and compare the two groups of clinical effect. Al the patients were col ected from January 2014 to January 2015. Results After treatment,the DBP and SBP date and urine micro protein index on experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05),It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is exact to adopt the Irbesartan Tablets combined Extended Release Nifedipine Table on community diabetic patients with diabetes and hypertension,it is widely used in clinical practice.
