设计了一种基于炉灶热量回收的吸热装置。该装置通过将导热性能及焊接性能优良的无氧紫铜管与炉灶支架焊接成一个整体,近距离吸收炉灶火焰四周散失的热量,利用火焰散失的热量给生活用水加热,将生成的热水供日常生活使用;对出水装置进行改良,使其与加热装置形成循环结构,达到对整个系统进行保护的目的。本装置提高了对能源的利用率,减少了能源消耗,达到节能的目的。
設計瞭一種基于爐竈熱量迴收的吸熱裝置。該裝置通過將導熱性能及銲接性能優良的無氧紫銅管與爐竈支架銲接成一箇整體,近距離吸收爐竈火燄四週散失的熱量,利用火燄散失的熱量給生活用水加熱,將生成的熱水供日常生活使用;對齣水裝置進行改良,使其與加熱裝置形成循環結構,達到對整箇繫統進行保護的目的。本裝置提高瞭對能源的利用率,減少瞭能源消耗,達到節能的目的。
설계료일충기우로조열량회수적흡열장치。해장치통과장도열성능급한접성능우량적무양자동관여로조지가한접성일개정체,근거리흡수로조화염사주산실적열량,이용화염산실적열량급생활용수가열,장생성적열수공일상생활사용;대출수장치진행개량,사기여가열장치형성순배결구,체도대정개계통진행보호적목적。본장치제고료대능원적이용솔,감소료능원소모,체도절능적목적。
An heat absorption device based on heat recovery of oven was designed. This device united the oxygen free copper tube which had good thermal conductivity and excellent welding performance with stove bracket into a whole ,it closely absorbed lost heat of the flame around the stove ,and heated up the water for daily use. Improved the out-water device ,made it form a recycled structure with heating device to achieve the target of protecting the whole system. The innovative device enhanced the effect of energy utilization ,reduced energy consumption and achieved the goal of energy saving.
