目的：了解临床质子泵抑制剂的使用情况及发展趋势。方法：对某院2011~2013年质子泵抑制剂的用药金额、用药频度、日均费用等指标进行统计与分析。结果：某院质子泵抑制剂的销售金额逐年上升，3年来DDDs排名第一位质子泵抑制剂的均为泮托拉唑针，各种质子泵抑制剂的DDDc排名保持稳定。结论：某院质子泵抑制剂应用基本合理。
目的：瞭解臨床質子泵抑製劑的使用情況及髮展趨勢。方法：對某院2011~2013年質子泵抑製劑的用藥金額、用藥頻度、日均費用等指標進行統計與分析。結果：某院質子泵抑製劑的銷售金額逐年上升，3年來DDDs排名第一位質子泵抑製劑的均為泮託拉唑針，各種質子泵抑製劑的DDDc排名保持穩定。結論：某院質子泵抑製劑應用基本閤理。
목적：료해림상질자빙억제제적사용정황급발전추세。방법：대모원2011~2013년질자빙억제제적용약금액、용약빈도、일균비용등지표진행통계여분석。결과：모원질자빙억제제적소수금액축년상승，3년래DDDs배명제일위질자빙억제제적균위반탁랍서침，각충질자빙억제제적DDDc배명보지은정。결론：모원질자빙억제제응용기본합리。
Objective:To investigate the current situation and trend of the utilization of proton pump inhibitors in a hospital. Methods:The proton pump inhibitors used in the hospital from 2011 to 2013 were statistical analyzed in respect of the expenses, DDDs and DDDc. Results:The annual consumption of proton pump inhibitors has been ele-vated in the hospital. Pantoprazole ranked the first place in term of DDDs in recent 3 years, and the DDDc of proton pump inhibitors remains generally stable. Conclusion:The utilization of proton pump inhibitors in the hospital is ratio-nal on the whole.
