目的：探讨个性化护理模式在小儿护理中的应用，从而为小儿的护理提供更为有效的护理方法。方法：以某院儿科收治100例患儿作为研究对象，并随机分为实验组和对照组。其中，对照组患儿接受常规的护理方法模式，而实验组患儿则接受个性化护理模式，观察上述两组间采取不同护理方法模式后的效果情况。结果：实验组治疗效果明显好于对照组，两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对小儿患者实施个性化的护理模式方法，其治疗效果显著。因此，该护理方法模式值得在临床上进一步进行推广和应用。

Objective: To investigate the application of individualized nursing care in pediatric nursing in pedi-atric nursing, so as to provide more effective nursing method. Methods:100 patients admitted in the department of pe-diatrics in 2013 were considered to be study objects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In control group, the patients were received routine nursing mode while they were received individual nursing mode in treatment group. After that, the effect of different nursing methods was compared and analyzed. Results:The treatment effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the statistical re-sults show that, statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment effect is remarkable when personalized nursing mode method was implemented to pediatric patients. Therefore, this kind of nursing mode should be popularized and applied in clinic.
