目的：探讨妊娠急性阑尾炎的外科治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析行阑尾切除手术的23例妊娠急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果：23例妊娠急性阑尾炎患者均行阑尾切除手术，切口感染1例，无腹腔脓肿，无流产、早产、死胎，无孕妇死亡。结论：妊娠急性阑尾炎及早诊断、尽快选择阑尾切除术，并注意术中操作、加强围手术期处理，能减少并发症发生。
목적：탐토임신급성란미염적외과치료방법。방법：회고성분석행란미절제수술적23례임신급성란미염환자적림상자료。결과：23례임신급성란미염환자균행란미절제수술，절구감염1례，무복강농종，무유산、조산、사태，무잉부사망。결론：임신급성란미염급조진단、진쾌선택란미절제술，병주의술중조작、가강위수술기처리，능감소병발증발생。
Objective:To investigate the surgical methods of pregnancy with acute appendicitis. Methods:The clinical data of 23 cases of pregnancy with acute appendicitis who underwent appendectomy were analyzed retrospec-tively. Results:Appendectomy was performed on 23 cases of pregnancy with acute appendicitis. Incision infection oc-curred in one case and no abdominal abscess appeared. There are no complications of miscarriage, premature deliv-ery, stillbirth and maternal mortality. Conclusion:Early diagnosis, early appendectomy, careful intraoperative proce-dure and active perioperative management are the key points for decreasing the occurrence of complications in preg-nant women with acute appendicitis.
