目的：探讨老年颈髓损伤患者合并肺部感染的危险因素，制定颈髓损伤患者早期康复治疗方法，减少肺部感染发生。方法选取2010年3月－2013年2月颈髓损伤患者322例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析和统计，数据采用SPSS 13．0软件进行统计分析。结果322例患者中有61例发生肺部感染，感染率为18．94％；肺部感染患者性别、年龄≥70岁、合并糖尿病以及完全损伤者为感染的危险因素（ P＜0．05）。结论老年颈髓损伤患者合并肺部感染与多种因素相关，临床中对于高危患者应做好预防工作，而通过早期呼吸系统康复治疗显著改善患者的呼吸肌、肺通气功能，降低呼吸系统的并发症。
목적：탐토노년경수손상환자합병폐부감염적위험인소，제정경수손상환자조기강복치료방법，감소폐부감염발생。방법선취2010년3월－2013년2월경수손상환자322례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석화통계，수거채용SPSS 13．0연건진행통계분석。결과322례환자중유61례발생폐부감염，감염솔위18．94％；폐부감염환자성별、년령≥70세、합병당뇨병이급완전손상자위감염적위험인소（ P＜0．05）。결론노년경수손상환자합병폐부감염여다충인소상관，림상중대우고위환자응주호예방공작，이통과조기호흡계통강복치료현저개선환자적호흡기、폐통기공능，강저호흡계통적병발증。
OBJECTIVE To investigate risk factors of pulmonary infections in elderly patients with cervical spinal cord injury so as to discuss the methods for early rehabilitation and to reduce the occurrence of pulmonary infec‐tions .METHODS From Mar .2010 to Feb .2013 ,a total of 322 cases of spinal cord injury patients were selected and their data were retrospectively and statistically analyzed by SPSS 13 .0 software .RESULTS Totally 61 cases in the all 322 cases appeared pulmonary infection with the infections rate of 18 .94% .The genders ,age≥ 70 years , combined diabetes and complete injuries were the risk factors (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION There are various factors resulting in pulmonary infections in elderly patients with cervical spinal cord injury .Clinical prevention for high‐risk patients should be prepared .Early respiratory rehabilitation can significantly improve respiratory muscle func‐tion in patients ,improve pulmonary ventilation function ,and reduce the complications in respiratory system .
