城市隧道施工可能致使邻近上部建筑物发生变形、开裂和破坏。分析隧道施工对邻近上部建筑物的变形影响和上部结构的变形模式,针对重庆在建的渝中隧道同时下穿华夏银行营业部大楼和上跨轨道6号线区间隧道,建立三维有限元模型。分析渝中隧道施工期间,华夏银行营业部大楼和轨道6号线区间隧道的变形及结构的应力变化过程,并得出一些有意义的结论,可为类似隧道施工中邻近建筑物安全控制技术的制定提供参考。

Construction of urban tunnels may cause deformation,cracking and damage of adjacent upper buildings.This paper analyzes influences of tunnel construction on deformation of adjacent upper buildings and deformation modes of upper structures,and establishes a three -dimensional finite element model in allusion to Yuzhong Tunnel under -through the business office of Huaxia Bank and over crossing running tunnel of No.6 railway line simultaneously in Chongqing.The paper analyzes deformation of the business office of Huaxia Bank and running tunnel of No.6 railway line and process of stress changes of structures during construction of Yuzhong Tunnel,and obtains some significant conclusions than can provide a reference for stipulation of control techniques for safety of adjacent buildings during construction of similar tunnels.
