目的：对头孢呋辛钠在治疗肺气肿合并感染时的临床治疗效果进行分析探讨。方法选取于2014年1月～2014年8月在我院接受治疗的48例肺气肿合并感染患者，根据治疗方法的不同将随机分为两组对采用青霉素治疗和头孢呋辛钠的临床治疗效果进行对照研究。结果治疗组患者的临床症状消失时间、体温和血象指标恢复正常时间、X线胸片表现消失时间均显著短于对照组，治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，不良发应发生率明显低于对照组，两组治疗效果对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论头孢呋辛钠用于治疗肺气肿合并感染具有显著的治疗效果，能够快速改善患者的临床症状，并且安全有效，值得在临床实践中广泛推广。
목적：대두포부신납재치료폐기종합병감염시적림상치료효과진행분석탐토。방법선취우2014년1월～2014년8월재아원접수치료적48례폐기종합병감염환자，근거치료방법적불동장수궤분위량조대채용청매소치료화두포부신납적림상치료효과진행대조연구。결과치료조환자적림상증상소실시간、체온화혈상지표회복정상시간、X선흉편표현소실시간균현저단우대조조，치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，불량발응발생솔명현저우대조조，량조치료효과대비차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론두포부신납용우치료폐기종합병감염구유현저적치료효과，능구쾌속개선환자적림상증상，병차안전유효，치득재림상실천중엄범추엄。
Objective Clinical effect of cefuroxime sodium medication in treatment of emphysema infection is to be explored. Methods Select 48 patients of emphysema infection who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment approaches and cure patients of these two groups with penicil in medication and cefuroxime sodium medication treatment respectively,then compare treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Patients’clinical symptoms disappearing time as wel as recovery time of patients’body temperature and blood indicators and X-ray manifestation disappearing time in study group are shorter than counterparts in control group;beside,treatment efficacy in study group is higher than that in control group;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium medication is of efficacy in treatment of emphysema infection patients;it is conducive to improving patients’clinical symptoms in short time with medication safety;therefore,such an effective medication treatment is quite worthwhile to be widespread promoted and clinical y applied.
