目的：探析频发室性早搏应用胺碘酮治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年4月～2014年4月间收治的频发室性早搏患者49例，对照组给予美托洛尔治疗，研究组给予胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率（96.15%）与对照组（82.61%）比较相对较高，两组患者临床效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论频发室性早搏应用胺碘酮治疗能够显著改善早搏次数与临床症状，疗效确切，值得推广。
목적：탐석빈발실성조박응용알전동치료적림상료효。방법선취아원2013년4월～2014년4월간수치적빈발실성조박환자49례，대조조급여미탁락이치료，연구조급여알전동연합미탁락이치료，대비량조환자림상료효。결과연구조총유효솔（96.15%）여대조조（82.61%）비교상대교고，량조환자림상효과차이현저，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론빈발실성조박응용알전동치료능구현저개선조박차수여림상증상，료효학절，치득추엄。
Objective Clinical effect of amiodarone application in the treatment of frequent premature ventricular contractions is to be investigated. Methods Choose 49 patients with frequent premature ventricular contractions who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 and separate them into two groups,patients in control group are given metoprolol medication treatment,while patients in study group are given amiodarone combined with metoprolol medication treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 96.15%, which is higher than 82.61%in control group;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone application is of efficacy in treatment of patients with frequent premature ventricular contractions; it is effective to improve patients’contraction times and clinical symptoms;thus,such an effective treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
