目的：探析布林佐胺治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法搜集2013年10月～2014年10月我院青光眼40例患者，根据治疗方法不同进行分组。研究组21例，选择布林佐胺治疗；对照组19例，选择马来酸噻吗洛尔治疗。观察两组疗效，并对比。结果研究组眼压改善情况优于对照组，治疗有效率高，不良反应少，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论布林佐胺治疗青光眼的临床疗效较好，临床可推广。

목적：탐석포림좌알치료청광안적림상효과。방법수집2013년10월～2014년10월아원청광안40례환자，근거치료방법불동진행분조。연구조21례，선택포림좌알치료；대조조19례，선택마래산새마락이치료。관찰량조료효，병대비。결과연구조안압개선정황우우대조조，치료유효솔고，불량반응소，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론포림좌알치료청광안적림상료효교호，림상가추엄。
Objective To analysis the treatment of the glaucoma by Brinzolamide. Methods To divide the 40 cases patients into research group(21 cases)and control group(19 cases)according to the difference treatments. All the patients were chosen from October 2013 to October 2014. The patients in the research group adopted the brinzolamide treatment and the patients in the control group adopted the Timclol Maleate treatment. To observe and compare the difference between the two groups. Results The treatment efficiency and the intra-ocular tension were much better than those were in control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was much lower than it was in the control group,It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference between the two groups and the statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinic value to adopt the Brinzolamide on the treatment of the glaucoma is high,it is widely used in clinical practice.
