目的：探讨妊娠期急性脂肪肝(acute fatty liver of pregnancy，AFLP)的临床诊疗及预后。方法回顾性分析2009年12月-2014年7月本院收治的16例AFLP临床资料。结果16例发病孕周30+5~40+2(35.2±2.7)周，经保肝、补充凝血因子、手术等综合治疗，14例好转出院，2例出院后死亡，在我院分娩新生儿14例，死亡1例。结论早期诊断、及时终止妊娠、多学科合作、综合治疗是改善孕产妇及新生儿预后的关键。
목적：탐토임신기급성지방간(acute fatty liver of pregnancy，AFLP)적림상진료급예후。방법회고성분석2009년12월-2014년7월본원수치적16례AFLP림상자료。결과16례발병잉주30+5~40+2(35.2±2.7)주，경보간、보충응혈인자、수술등종합치료，14례호전출원，2례출원후사망，재아원분면신생인14례，사망1례。결론조기진단、급시종지임신、다학과합작、종합치료시개선잉산부급신생인예후적관건。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of acute fatty liver during pregnancy (AFLP). MethodsClinical data about 16 AFLP patients admitted to our hospital from December 2009 to July 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The mean maternal age of 16 AFLP patients were 35.2±2.7 weeks (range, 30+5- 40+2 weeks), after the treatment of liver-protective drugs, coagulation factorsand surgery, 14 cases survived and 2 died after discharged. 14 newborns were born in our hospital and 1 case died.Conclusion Early diagnosis, timely termination of pregnancy, multidisciplinary collaboration and combined treatment are important in ensuring a successful maternal and fetal outcome.
