采用文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法，对篮球运动员功能动作测试（FM S ）与跳投命中率之间的关系进行研究，结果显示：篮球运动员FM S测试与跳投命中率之间呈正相关，相关具有统计学意义．①篮球运动员在比赛中完成跳投技术动作的规范程度、投篮命中率的高低与FM S测试得分高低存在相互关系．②FM S测试可以准确查找运动员力量欠缺部位为有针对性体能训练、帮助运动员快速有效提高跳投命中率打下基础．③ FM S测试实时监控运动员的身体状况，预防和降低运动损伤的发生．

This paper mainly uses the literature material method ,mathematical statistics and other research methods ,conducts the research to the test and jumper FMS basketball player hit the mutual relationship between the rate of .Research results show that :the basketball players in the FMS test and shooting be‐tween a very significant positive correlation .The research shows that ① The standardization degree of bas‐ketball players has completed the jump shot technical action in the game ,the level of shooting ,there is a correlation and FMS test scores .② The FMS test can accurately find out the players because the body parts which influence the strength lack of shooting ,which is targeted for physical fitness training to the body weak position ,help the athletes to quickly improve the jump shot to lay the foundation .③ The FMS test also can real‐time monitor the athlete's physical condition ,so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of sports injury .
