目的：调查某三级甲等中医院骨科近3年所有住院患者的疾病构成，为该院骨科科室细化及未来发展规划提供科学依据。方法：收集该院骨科近3年所有住院患者病历资料，按照国际疾病分类编码（ICD-10）进行疾病分类，用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果：该院骨科近3年共收治患者23794例，男女性别比为1.11∶1，16～60岁年龄段占所有病例数的70.74％。近3年前10位病种收治患者合计为14169例，占所有骨科住院患者的59.55%。经检验，不同病种间的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：调查病例中男女患病率较为接近，中青年患者以男性为主，中老年患者以女性为主。近3年该院骨科住院病例主要为：椎间盘疾患、骨折、骨折后的康复及后续治疗，应提高临床医生对这几类疾病的认识和研究，熟悉骨折后肢体的康复训练知识，减轻患者的痛苦，获得较好的预后。

To investigate the composition of disease among orthopedic inpatients in a grade Ⅲ-A hospital of TCM in recent three years, so as to provide scientific basis for refining orthopedic departments and future development. Methods: Medical records of all the inpatients in this hospital in recent three years were classified on the basis of ICD-10 and analyzed statistically by SPSS13.0. Results: Altogether 23 794 patients were received and cured in recent 3 years in orthopedic department, in which proportion of male and female was 1.11:1. Ratio of 16~60 age group was 70.74%. 14, 169 patients in top ten diseases accounted for 59.55% in recent three years. Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Morbidity rate of males in this research is relatively close to that of females. Youthful and middle-aged patients is dominated by males, meanwhile females dominate the middle and old aged patients. The main diseases in this hospital in recent three years are intervertebral disc disease, fracture and follow-up treatment and rehabilitation of fracture. It's highly important to promote the cognition and research of clin-icians for these kinds of disease, which could enhance their knowledge about limbs rehabilitation training after frac-ture, relieve the pain of patients and achieve better prognosis.
