目的：：通过调查分析青海省西宁市大通县地区基层中西医结合医疗卫生实施情况，以期对西部高原多民族聚集地区的基层中西医结合医疗卫生发展有一定的指导作用。方法：根据现有文献资料，结合当地实际情况设计调查问卷，对青海大通地区居民进行基层中西医结合医疗情况问卷调查，统计分析数据。结果：目标人群对基层中西医结合医疗需要迫切，但需求未得到充分满足。结论：针对以青海大通县为代表的西部高原多民族聚集地区居民基层中西医结合医疗保障亟需加强的情况，应积极完善提高当地卫生医疗水平，推广中西医结合优势治疗，加大中医药治疗的力度等，以满足基层群众对高质量的中西医结合医疗卫生服务的迫切需求。
목적：：통과조사분석청해성서저시대통현지구기층중서의결합의료위생실시정황，이기대서부고원다민족취집지구적기층중서의결합의료위생발전유일정적지도작용。방법：근거현유문헌자료，결합당지실제정황설계조사문권，대청해대통지구거민진행기층중서의결합의료정황문권조사，통계분석수거。결과：목표인군대기층중서의결합의료수요박절，단수구미득도충분만족。결론：침대이청해대통현위대표적서부고원다민족취집지구거민기층중서의결합의료보장극수가강적정황，응적겁완선제고당지위생의료수평，추엄중서의결합우세치료，가대중의약치료적력도등，이만족기층군음대고질량적중서의결합의료위생복무적박절수구。
To investigate and analyze the basic medical conditions of integrated traditional and western medicine inDatongcounty ofQinghaiprovince to expect to instruct the development of primary care in western plateau where different nationalities assemble. Methods: With the existing literatures, the questionnaires rel-evant to the basic medical conditions of integrated traditional and western medicine were completed by the inhabi-tants ofDatongcounty, combined the local actual situation. The obtained data were counted and analyzed in the pa-per. Results: The target population chosen were eager for the basic medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine but they were not fully satisfied. Conclusion: As the population in the western plateau where dif-ferent nationalities assemble eagerly demanding the primary care of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, the predominant treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine should be promoted to improve the local health care levels and strengthen the Chinese medicine to meet their urgent demand for high quali-fied medical services.
