星载时差测量仪是实现激光星地精密时差测量的关键设备,其采集数据总有效率的高低决定激光星地时间同步精度。但由于激光技术的数据采集率受天气及背景噪声影响较大,为提高时差测量仪的探测能力,降低大背景噪声对数据总有效率的影响,分别应用门控技术[1]和调整下传速率两种策略针对激光时差测量仪进行实验。实验结果:在大背景噪声条件下可以提高时差测量仪数据总有效率20%以上。

Onboard time difference measurer is the key equipment to realize the precise time measurement between satellite and the earth by laser ,and its efficiency determines the precision of time synchronization .However ,due to the efficiency of data acquisition by laser was affected by the weather and the background noise ,the two methods of threshold control and transmission rate adjustment have been experimented in order to improve the detection a‐bility and reduces the influence of background noise .The results show that they can im‐provement the efficiency of 20% above in the condition of large background noise .
